These are the most common questions I get asked as a wedding videographer and photographer. If your question is not listed, please feel free to ask.

Should I have photography or videography for my wedding? Do you offer both services at the same time?

There is no right or wrong answer on which service to choose, it's all down to preference. If you're hoping to share live captured moments with friends and family around the world, then having a videographer dedicated to recording your day is ideal. On the other hand, if you love adding to your collection of family photos on the mantelpiece and having a photo album, then photography might be a better choice for you . Yes we can offer both services of videography and photography at the time.

Where are you based?

We are based in Exeter Devon but I have, and am willing to travel outside of Devon.

Do you offer any type of guarantee?

Yes! If you are booked in then we will try to ensure that your day is captured one way or another. As written in the contract, if we are unable to offer the service on the day then there will be a 100% refund on costs. I have not missed a wedding yet! But if I am seriously ill, I am a member of a wedding photography and videography back up network who will take my place to ensure your day is captured.

Do you use professional camera equipment?

Absolutely, the camera gear I will be using on the day is of a professional standard. To put it into the perspective, the latest lens I have bought set me back £1,200. I use 2 camera bodies on the day for both photography and video as well as devices for capturing audio and lighting.

Do you edit the video footage yourself?

Yes, all editing is done by me. Although the day finished for the couple, our work here has only just begun. Each photo is carefully edited to perfection. For video, hours worth of footage from your day will be analysed and pieced together carefully to tell your story. Each clip of footage will be colour graded and audio is enhanced to produce a cinematic film.

How long will I have to wait for my photos or video?

During quiet periods, both photography and film will take around 4 weeks. During wedding season when we are busier, your photos or video will be with you within 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you only do weddings?

It's not just weddings we do. We have regular clients who requests filming gigs and combat sports in both photography and video. We have clients who requests promo videos for their businesses and promos for sporting events. We just about do anything that requires a camera.
